helpful staff comfortable room safe atmosphere
The staff was very friendly and helpful. the room safety was good at night. I slept soundly. i had a comfortable room of a great size, perfect for my brief visit. i especially loved the charming little cat that often visited the reception area, such a darling!
i noticed very slight dust accumulation in corners of the room.

birthday surprise lovely touch scaffolding banging negative impact
The location was close to everything. The train station was a ten minute walk. Staff organised a little birthday surprise, it was a lovely touch.
Scaffolding was put up halfway through our stay. This impacted our sleep. The banging started at 8am and was continuous until 11am. We should have been informed of the work. This affected my likeliness of choosing this place again

underwhelming stay
dirty room cracked walls
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. i found hairs on the floor and in the bed, a significant oversight. additionally, a light was hanging off the wall, and there were cracks in the walls. i felt the price i paid did not match the low standard of the room.

The staff were friendly. They were very cute upon arrival. The room included a Nespresso machine with a choice of teas and coffees. A complimentary bottle of water was also provided.
The hotel subcontracts breakfast to a steak restaurant next door. As a vegetarian, I found this unpleasant. The smell of meat was strong. The breakfast quality was poor with limited options.

The staff were attentive and quick to help with directions. The location allowed easy access to local attractions. I appreciated that. I was able to quickly reach many points of interest. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights after long days of exploring.
